Overview
The Marketplace section in Builder is where you can find all the apps that integrate into the Enate system, along with the providers available.
You can find more information about all of the apps that integrate into the Enate system in this dedicated section:

If this section does not show additional adapters you will need to speak to your account manager to enable this (although the existing RPA Sync Integration and OCR Connection links to show without such a certificate).
Enate AI for Email
Email Classification
This pattern helps to automatically classify and categorize Tickets to help support Agents with more accurate initial routing so by the time they pick it up, it's where it needs to be. It is available via the following providers:

Email Data Extraction
The Email Data Extraction pattern reads the content of incoming emails and use the info to auto-populate values into the custom cards in your Tickets and Cases, saving you the time spent analyzing and transferring the data manually. We currently have the following adapters:

Thank You Email Evaluation
With the 'Is Thank You' pattern, you can automatically detect whether incoming emails to a resolved work are just simple 'thank you emails', and if so then have them automatically moved back to a state of 'resolved' without agent users having to manually perform such repetitive checks. Sentiment Analysis
GPT's email Sentiment Analysis pattern can analyse the content of incoming emails and determine if for example they're positive or negative. This assessment can be passed back into Enate Work Manager so that Agents can tell at a glance what the tone of the mail is as headline information as they start to deal with it. RPA (Robotic Process Automation)
This pattern allows you to integrate with an RPA provider and help streamline the management and governance of large-scale processes involving digital, human and hybrid workforces.
This pattern is provided with an integration with UiPath Orchestrator that gives you the power you need to provision, deploy, trigger, monitor, measure, and track the work of attended and unattended robots—so your entire digital workforce is secure and productive.

Intelligent Document Processing
Document Classification
The Document Classification component, available in Enate Marketplace, analyzes the attachments of incoming emails and automatically classifies them with a tag.
This provides accurate tagging of the files in your work items without an agent needing to spend time doing this manually, saving time and effort and allowing them to focus on their core activities.
At the moment, this pattern is only provided by Infrrd.

Document Extraction
This pattern allows intelligent document processing to be part of your Enate processes by scanning documents such as PDFs to both start, and form part of, your Enate processes.
