# Outras Melhorias

## Opção de Idioma – Inglês (EUA) &#x20;

Também adicionamos a opção de escolher Inglês (EUA) como [idioma do sistema](https://docs.enate.net/enate-help/v/portugues/configuracoes-de-usuario#idioma), além de Inglês Britânico, Francês, Alemão, Espanhol, Português do Brasil, Romeno, Polonês, Húngaro e Russo.

## Restrição de Modificação de Defeito

Adicionamos uma nova configuração 'Restringir Modificação de Defeitos' na seção [Configurações do sistema no Criador](https://docs.enate.net/enate-help/builder/builder-2021.1/system-wide-settings/general-settings#restrict-defect-modification), o que permite definir acesso restrito para modificar qualquer informação no Card de Defeitos de Cases, Ações e Tickets.  Os Agentes de Serviço sempre podem ADICIONAR um registro de defeito e marcar como resolvido, mas quando esta configuração 'Restringir' está habilitada no Criador, apenas o agente que criou o defeito em primeiro lugar pode modificar ou excluir qualquer um dos detalhes desse registro de defeito.

## Melhorias na Visualização de Itens de Trabalho

Nós realizamos melhorias no trabalho com itens relacionados. Agora você pode visualizar facilmente o Case Pai de um item de trabalho.

Por Exemplo:

* Quando um Ticket é dividido em diversos Tickets-filhos, um link para acessar o Case Pai aparecerá em todos os Tickets-filhos.
* Quando múltiplos itens de trabalho são mesclados em um só item-filho, um link para acessar todos os pais irá aparecer nos itens-filhos.
* Quando um Ticket é convertido em Case, um link para acessar o Ticket Pai irá aparecer no Case Filho. &#x20;
