# Opção de Retrabalhar um Case a partir de uma Ação

Você pode agora retrabalhar um Case a partir de uma Ação, ao invés de ter que ir até o Case pai para então retrabalhar nele.

Note que quando retrabalha a partir de um Case, o Case fica Em Andamento. No entanto, quando retrabalha um Case a partir de uma Ação, já que todas as ações em andamento do Case irão fechar quando clicar em ‘Retrabalhar’, a Ação na qual você estiver trabalhando no momento também fechará.
