# Mejoras en la fusión de Tickets

Hemos simplificado el uso de la función "Fusionar" en Enate. Esta función le permite fusionar tareas existentes para que las consultas que llegaron por separado, pero que en realidad deberían procesarse juntas, puedan procesarse como una única tarea.

Ahora, cuando seleccione una tarea con la que fusionar un Ticket, se le mostrará la identificación del cliente/contrato/servicio y la referencia de la tarea para ayudarle a encontrar las tareas correctas que desea fusionar de forma más rápida y sencilla.

Además, el sistema le avisará si decide fusionar un Ticket en una tarea de una empresa diferente, solo como un paso de control adicional, pero puede continuar con la fusión.

Al momento de fusionar, cuando elija cerrar "Otras tareas", también hemos añadido la opción de "Seleccionar todo" de las opciones mostradas.
