# Mejoras a la Tarjeta de seguimiento de tiempo

Hemos mejorado la función de seguimiento de tiempo disponible para los Tickets, los Casos y las Acciones para mostrar más información y facilitar el trabajo.

Ahora puede ver más fácilmente las horas que los Agentes han trabajado en una tarea previamente, y puede desplegar la tarjeta a modo de pantalla completa para ver más información sobre las ediciones realizadas en estas horas registradas anteriormente, incluido quién hizo el cambio, cuándo y a qué se cambió.
