# Updates von Tickets

Wenn ein Ticket durch den Empfang einer eingehenden E-Mail gestartet wurde, wird eine automatische Bestätigungs-E-Mail gesendet, die den Empfang der ursprünglichen E-Mail und die Erstellung eines Tickets als Folge des Empfangs der E-Mail bestätigt. Zusätzlich wird die ursprüngliche E-Mail als Teil der Bestätigung mitgeschickt, wobei alle ursprünglichen Formatierungen beibehalten werden. Wir haben auch Formatprobleme gelöst, die bei der automatischen Bestätigungs-Mail, wenn ein neues Ticket erstellt wurde, auftraten.
