# # Russian: \*\*Помощь при попытке отправить по почте Рабочий элемент другой команды (закрыто)\*\*  Если

Если вы пытаетесь ответить на закрытый Рабочий элемент в Enate, система предложит вам альтернативные варианты, поскольку Enate не позволяет отправлять письма на закрытые Рабочие элементы.

Система поможет вам, автоматически определив, что Рабочий элемент, на который вы обычно отправляете письмо, уже закрыт. Вам будет предложено всплывающее окно с альтернативными Рабочими элементами, на которые можно отправить письмо. Для каждого альтернативного варианта вы увидите:

* Номер ссылки закрытого Рабочего элемента,
* номер ссылки активного связанного родительского Рабочего элемента
* И возможность заменить закрытый Рабочий элемент активным родительским в качестве получателя электронной почты или просто удалить закрытый Рабочий элемент из числа получателей. Выбрав опцию «Удалить», вы сможете вручную ввести альтернативного получателя.

После отправки письма активному Рабочему элементу родительский Рабочий элемент получит флаг «новая информация», а пользователи, подписанные на соответствующие уведомления, будут уведомлены о том, что пришло письмо для родительского Рабочего элемента.

#### **Что делать, если родительский Рабочий элемент закрыт?**

Если связанный родительский Рабочий элемент также был закрыт, вам будет представлено другое всплывающее окно, показывающее закрытые Рабочие элементы, отсутствие активных родительских Рабочих элементов и позволяющее удалить закрытый Рабочий элемент из числа получателей.
