# Поиск Quickfind с помощью настраиваемых полей данных
Теперь вы можете искать рабочие элементы и их электронные письма, используя сфокусированное "искать это значение в этом поле" на рабочем элементе. Это достигается предварительным поиском с предопределенным кодом поиска. Перед тем, как что-либо ввести в быстрый поиск, в выпадающем меню отображаются все короткие коды, доступные в системе, и поле, к которому они относятся.
Для поиска по полю введите короткий код и желаемое значение, например hq:Laptop
При этом возвращается рабочий элемент (Заявка/Случай/Действие) и результаты связи, где это поле имеет данное значение::

### Использование кавычек для поиска целых фраз
Вы можете поместить кавычки вокруг искомого значения для поиска целой фразы в качестве значения поля, которое вы хотите найти, например: bn:"вся фраза"
Вы также можете использовать этот подход для поиска фраз с помощью общего бесплатного текстового поиска, т.е. даже если вы не ищете по настраиваемому полю с предустановленным коротким кодом.
