# Заблокированные электронные адреса
Тут Вы можете легко добавлять, редактировать и удалять емейлы для блокировки.
**Отключить все автоматически сгенерированные емейлы на этот адрес** – тогда система не будет отправлять ЛЮБЫЕ автоматически сгенерированные емейлы для Заявок на этот адрес, если он включен в поля «Кому», «Копия» или «Скрытая копия».
**Отключить отправку автоматически сгенерированных емейлов, когда создается новая Заявка/Случай с данного электронного адреса** – система позволит создание Заявок и/или Случаев, приходящих с этого электронного адреса, но при этом не будет отправлять на этот адрес никаких автоматически сгенерированных емейлов.
**Автоматически отклонять емейлы с данного электронного адреса как спам** – тогда система будет позволять Заявкам создаваться для емейлов, приходящих с этого адреса, но после того, как Заявка была создана, Заявка будет автоматически переведена в статус «Закрыто» с указанием метода решения «Отклонено как спам».
