# Домашняя страница

Домашняя страница предоставляет возможность руководителям и членам команды просматривать работу в своей области деятельности, т.е. рабочие элементы, находящиеся в рабочих очередях, а также участников команды (людей и роботов).

Из рабочих элементов, на которые у вас имеется разрешение в вашей системе, вы увидите:

* Рабочие элементы, которые назначены вам
* Рабочие элементы, которые назначены вашему руководителю, т.е. человеку, которому вы подчиняетесь (если он у вас есть)
* Рабочие элементы, которые назначены вашим коллегам (людям, которыми управляет тот же руководитель, что и вами)
* Рабочие элементы в очереди, участником которой вы являетесь.

Кроме того, как руководитель команды вы увидите:

* Рабочие элементы, которые назначаются сотрудникам, которыми вы управляете (т.е. людям, которые вам подотчетны)
* Рабочие элементы, которые назначаются сотрудникам, управляемым людьми, которыми вы управляете (рекурсивно по иерархии отношений менеджера).
* Рабочие элементы в очереди, которой вы управляете, даже если вы не являетесь ее участником.
