# Tipuri de elemente de lucru

Există trei tipuri de elemente de lucru cu care utilizatorii pot lucra în Enate:

* [**Tichete** ](/enate-help/romana/procesarea-unui-tichet.md)- Folosite pentru modelarea activităților cu o singură parte, de exemplu, întrebări. Tichetele sunt de sine stătătoare și nu fac parte dintr-un proces de afaceri. Pot fi promovate pentru a deveni un Caz specific.

Conține un set de instrucțiuni, adesea o listă de verificare a activităților pentru a urmări progresul în cadrul Acțiunii.
