**Carduri KPI**

* **E-mailuri primite -** e-mailuri primite de la clienți sau părți externe.
* **E-mailuri trimise -** e-mailuri expediate.
* **E-mailuri de mulțumire -** e-mailuri automate de închidere/confirmare trimise atunci când o solicitare este rezolvată.
* **E-mailuri neprelucrate -** e-mailuri primite, dar care nu au fost încă asociate unui articol de lucru sau la care nu s-a luat nicio acțiune. Un număr în creștere indică o acumulare de e-mailuri neprelucrate.

**Grafice**

* **Tendința volumului - Primite vs. Trimise -** volumele de e-mailuri primite și trimise în timp, fiecare tip pe o linie separată; detaliere lună → săptămână → zi.
