# Vizualizarea articolelor de lucru asociate

## Secțiunea „Link-uri”

În secțiunea „Link-uri” puteți vizualiza toate articolele de lucru asociate unui Tichet sau unui Caz.

Rețineți că, pentru moment, Cazurile Secundare create prin intermediul link-ului „+ Articol de lucru” vor fi afișate în continuare în [secțiunea „Cazuri Secundare”](#sectiunea-de-cazuri-secundare) și nu vor figura în secțiunea Link-uri.

În grila din secțiunea Link-uri puteți vizualiza o listă a articolelor de lucru asociate, care indică referința, titlul, destinatarul, coada de așteptare și data scadentă a unui articol de lucru.

Există și o pictogramă pentru a deconecta articolul de lucru, în cazul în care acesta a fost asociat din greșeală.

#### **Articole de lucru asociate la care nu aveți acces**

Dacă nu aveți acces la un anumit proiect de afaceri, articolele de lucru din acest proces vor apărea în gri și nu veți putea să le deschideți sau să le editați. Veți putea, totuși, să vizualizați informațiile de nivel superior despre articolul de lucru, de exemplu cui îi este repartizat, în ce coadă de așteptare se află și data scadentă.
