# Obținerea de articole de lucru noi

### Tragere din Reguli alocare cozi

**Cum determină sistemul ce element de lucru să ofere unui utilizator atunci când acesta face clic pe butonul „Trage din Coadă” din propriul Inbox?**

Sistemul funcționează analizând toate lucrările neatribuite din toate Cozile la care utilizatorul este conectat și pentru care are permisiuni și atribuie o nouă lucrare, stabilind prioritățile după cum urmează:

1. Orice element de lucru ÎNTÂRZIAT în prezent (mai întâi elementul cel mai întârziat). Dacă nu se găsește niciunul, atunci
2. Orice element de lucru care a fost respins de un Robot. Dacă nu se găsește niciunul, atunci
3. Orice element de lucru (elementul cu scadența cea mai apropiată este selectat primul)

Note: Cozile setate în „modul strict” au rolul de a aloca lucrarea strict roboților. Orice utilizator uman conectat la aceste cozi este acolo doar ca o soluție de rezervă pentru elementele de lucru respinse de la robot și nu primește automat elementele de lucru normale, nerespinse, atunci când apasă „Trage din coadă”.
