# Adrese de e-mail blocate

Aici puteți adăuga, edita și șterge cu ușurință adrese de e-mail care urmează să fie blocate.

**Dezactivați e-mailurile generate automat la crearea unui nou Tichet/Caz de la această adresă** - sistemul va permite crearea de Tichete și/sau Cazuri pentru e-mailurile care sosesc de la această adresă, dar nu va trimite niciun e-mail generat automat la adresa respectivă.

**Dezactivați e-mailurile generate automat la crearea unui nou Tichet de la această adresă –** sistemul va permite crearea de Tichete pentru e-mailurile care sosesc de la această adresă, dar nu va trimite niciun e-mail generat automat la adresa respectivă.

**Respingeți automat e-mailurile de la această adresă ca spam** – sistemul va permite crearea de Tichete pentru e-mailurile care sosesc de la această adresă, dar odată creat, Tichetul va fi mutat automat în starea de Închis cu o metodă de rezolvare „Respins ca spam”.
