**Cartões de KPI**

* **E-mails Recebidos -** e-mails recebidos de clientes ou terceiros.
* **E-mails Enviados -** e-mails enviados.
* **E-mails de Agradecimento -** e-mails automáticos de encerramento/confirmação enviados quando o trabalho é resolvido.
* **E-mails Não Processados -** e-mails recebidos, mas ainda não vinculados a um item de trabalho ou processados. Um número crescente indica um acúmulo de comunicações.

**Gráficos**

* **Tendência de Volume - Entrada x Saída -** volumes de e-mails recebidos e enviados ao longo do tempo, cada tipo em sua própria linha; detalha por mês → semana → dia.
* **Por Processo -** volume de e-mails por processo, cada barra dividida por tipo de e-mail - mostra quais processos geram mais correspondência.
