# Página inicial

A Página Inicial permite que Líderes da Equipe e Membros da Equipe vejam o trabalho da sua área do negócio, como, por exemplo, itens de trabalho aguardando em suas filas de trabalho ou filas de membros da equipe (humanos ou robôs).

Dentre itens de trabalho que você tem permissão no seu sistema, você verá:

* Itens de trabalho atribuídos a você.
* Itens de trabalho atribuidos ao seu gerente, pessoa a quem você se reporta (se tiver uma).
* Itens de trabalho atribuídos ao seus colegas (pessoas gerenciadas pela mesma pessoa que você).
* Itens de trabalho em uma Fila da qual você é membro/gerente.

Adicionalmente, enquanto Líder da Equipe, você verá:

* Itens de trabalho atribuídos a pessoas que você gerencia (pessoas que reportam a você).
* Itens de trabalho atribuídos a pessoas gerenciadas por pessoas que você gerencia (de acordo com a hierarquia de relacionamento de gerentes).
* Itens de trabalho de uma Fila que você gerencia, mesmo não sendo um membro.
