# Endereços de e-mail bloqueados

Aqui você pode, de maneira fácil, adicionar, editar a deletar e-mails a serem bloqueados.

**Desativar e-mails automáticos para este endereço** - o sistema não enviará NENHUM e-mail gerado automaticamente em Tickets para o endereço se o mesmo estiver em Para, CC ou Cco. 

**Desativar e-mails gerados automaticamente ao criar um novo Ticket/Case a partir deste endereço** - o sistema permitirá que Tickets e/ou Cases sejam criados para e-mails provenientes deste endereço, mas não enviará nenhum e-mail automático para o endereço.

**Rejeitar automaticamente e-mails desse endereço (classificar como spam)** - o sistema irá permitir a criação de Tickets para e-mails do endereço, mas uma vez criado, o Ticket será automaticamente movido para o estado de Fechado com o método de resolução ‘Rejeitado como Spam’.
