**Karty wskaźników KPI**

* **Wiadomości e-mail przychodzące -** wiadomości otrzymane od klientów lub podmiotów zewnętrznych.
* **Wiadomości e-mail wychodzące -** wysłane wiadomości e-mail.
* **Wiadomości e-mail z podziękowaniem -** automatyczne wiadomości kończące sprawę lub potwierdzające jej zakończenie, wysyłane po rozwiązaniu zadania.
* **Wiadomości e-mail oczekujące na obsługę -** wiadomości e-mail otrzymane, ale jeszcze niepowiązane z elementem pracy ani nieobsłużone. Rosnąca liczba takich wiadomości sygnalizuje zaległości w komunikacji.
