# Strona główna

Strona główna umożliwia liderom i członkom zespołów przeglądanie pracy w ich obszarze działalności, tj. elementach pracy czekających w kolejkach do wykonania wraz z członkami zespołu (zarówno ludźmi jak i robotami).

Z elementów pracy, na które masz pozwolenie w swoim systemie, zobaczyć można:

* Elementy pracy, które są przypisane do ciebie
* Elementy pracy, które są przypisane od twojego menadżera, czyli osoby, której podlegasz (jeśli ją posiadasz)
* Elementy pracy, które są przypisane do Twoich współpracowników (osoby zarządzane przez tę samą osobę co ty)
* Elementy pracy w kolejce, do której należysz / jesteś przypisany jako lider.

Dodatkowo jako lider zespołu zobaczysz:

* Elementy pracy, które są przypisane do osób, którymi zarządzasz (tzn. osoby, które tobie podlegają)
* Elementy pracy przypisane do osób, którymi zarządzasz (rekurencyjnie w dół hierarchii relacji menedżerów).
* Elementy pracy w zarządzanej przez ciebie kolejce, nawet jeśli nie jesteś jej członkiem.
