# Przegląd typów elementów pracy

Istnieją trzy rodzaje elementów pracy, nad którymi użytkownicy mogą pracować w Enate:

* [**Bilety** ](/enate-help/polski/przetwarzanie-biletu.md)- Służą do modelowania jednoczęściowych działań, np. zapytań. Bilety są autonomiczne i nie są częścią procesu biznesowego. Może być promowany, aby stać się specyficznym przypadkiem rodzaj procesy.
* [**Procesy**](/enate-help/polski/rozpatrywanie-procesu.md) - Używane do modelowania wieloczęściowych działań (np. procesów biznesowych).
* [**Czynności**](/enate-help/polski/przetwarzanie-dzialania.md) - części składowe procesu, tzn. proces składa się z przepływu Czynności. Zawiera zestaw instrukcji, często listę kontrolną działań służących do śledzenia postępów w czynności. Mogą to być czynności ręczne (mogą być wykonywane przez ludzi i boty) lub automatyczne, np. automatyczne wysyłanie wiadomości e-mail.
