Work Manager to internetowa, wielostronicowa aplikacja, z której korzystają członkowie zespołu ds. świadczenia usług w celu obsługi Zapytań, Spraw i Czynności realizowanych w ramach zarządzanych procesów biznesowych.

Użytkownikami aplikacji Work Manager są agenci obsługi klienta, kierownicy zespołów, kierownicy operacyjni oraz kadra kierownicza. Aplikacja Work Manager udostępnia tym użytkownikom standardowy zestaw widoków umożliwiających wykonywanie zadań.
