Removing “Send” actions

Often in a process map there will be Actions/Tasks that say “Send to…”. These might represent external communications, email, letters, etc. But often these simply represent workflow.

Often, these can be removed since the “send” is inferred by the work flow.

This can greatly simplify the map.
