# Recherche rapide avec des champs de données personnalisés
Vous pouvez désormais rechercher des activités et les courriels s’y rattachant en utilisant la fonction "Rechercher cette valeur dans ce champ" dans l’activité. Pour ce faire, la recherche est précédée d'un code de recherche prédéfini. Avant d’effectuer une saisie dans Quickfind, la liste déroulante affiche tous les codes courts disponibles dans le système ainsi que le champ auquel ils se rapportent.
Pour effectuer une recherche dans un champ, saisissez le code et la valeur souhaitée, par exemple : hq:Portable
Cela indiquera l’activité (Ticket/Cas/Action) et les résultats de la communication lorsque ce champ a cette valeur :
### Utilisation de citations pour rechercher des phrases entières
Vous pouvez mettre des guillemets dans votre recherche pour rechercher une phrase entière comme valeur de champ que vous souhaitez obtenir, par exemple : md : "phrase entière"
Vous pouvez tout aussi bien utiliser cette approche pour rechercher des phrases avec une recherche générale en texte libre, c'est-à-dire même lorsque vous *ne faites pas une recherche* dans un champ personnalisé avec un code court prédéfini.
