# Direcciones de correo electrónico bloqueadas

Aquí es donde puede añadir, editar y eliminar fácilmente las direcciones de correo electrónico que se van a bloquear.

**Deshabilitar los correos electrónicos generados automáticamente cuando se crea un nuevo Ticket / Caso desde esta dirección** - el sistema permitirá que se creen Tickets o Casos para los correos electrónicos que lleguen desde esta dirección, pero no enviará ningún correo electrónico generado automáticamente a esta dirección.

**Deshabilitar todos los correos electrónicos generados automáticamente a esta dirección** - el sistema no enviará NINGÚN correo electrónico generado automáticamente para los Tickets a esta dirección si se incluye como dirección Para, CC o CCO. 

**Rechazar automáticamente los correos electrónicos provenientes de esta dirección como spam ­**- el sistema permitirá que se creen Tickets para los correos electrónicos que lleguen desde esta dirección, pero una vez creados, el Ticket se moverá automáticamente a un estado de Cerrado con un método de resolución de “Rechazado como Spam”.
